Instructions
- Heat a splash of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.

- Introduce the ground beef or turkey, breaking it up and cooking until browned, about 7 minutes.
- Stir in the sloppy joe sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Combine the crispy potatoes back into the skillet and mix with the sauce.
- Top generously with shredded cheese, covering the skillet until the cheese melts.
