Description

Indulge in the rich, gooey delight of S’mores Brownie Cookies, a perfect combination of chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the brownie mix, flour, melted butter, and egg in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs gently.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set but centers are still slightly soft.
  6. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
