Description

This delightful Snowball Cake features fluffy layers of chocolate cake topped with airy marshmallow frosting and sweetened coconut, creating a magical treat perfect for any celebration.

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven as per the instructions on the cake mix package.
  2. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  3. Combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl.
