Ingredients

- 1 cup sourdough discard
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Seasonings of choice (e.g., garlic powder, dried herbs, sesame seeds)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the sourdough discard, flour, olive oil, and salt in a bowl until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into a thin sheet on a floured surface, aiming for 1/16th of an inch thickness.
- Cut into desired shapes using a pizza cutter or knife, then transfer to a lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with your choice of seasonings for added flavor.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and aromatic.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the dough in advance and freeze unbaked shapes for later. An air fryer can also be used for a quicker method.
