Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fish fillets (e.g., cod or haddock)
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  3. Mix everything thoroughly to coat all the ingredients in the spices.
  4. Add the fish: Place the fish fillets gently on top of the chickpea mixture, drizzle a light amount of olive oil over the fish, and season with more salt and pepper if desired.
