Description

A vibrant blend of creamy feta, juicy cherry tomatoes, and aromatic garlic, this Spicy Tomato Marinated Feta is the perfect appetizer or snack for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 200g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and chopped fresh basil in a large mixing bowl. Stir gently to mix.
  2. Crumble the feta cheese into the mixture and gently toss to combine.
