- Wonton wrappers
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, spinach, artichoke hearts, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Press wonton wrappers into the muffin cups.
- Spoon the filling into each wonton cup.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the filling a day in advance and refrigerate it until you are ready to fill the wonton cups before baking.
