Description

Delicious and crispy wonton cups filled with a creamy spinach and artichoke mixture, perfect for gatherings or snack time.


Ingredients

Scale
  • Wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, spinach, artichoke hearts, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Lightly grease a muffin tin.
  4. Press wonton wrappers into the muffin cups.
  5. Spoon the filling into each wonton cup.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can prepare the filling a day in advance and refrigerate it until you are ready to fill the wonton cups before baking.
