- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 10–15 Mint Leaves
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 tbsp Sugar (or to taste)
- 1 cup Soda Water
- Crushed Ice
Instructions
- Muddle fresh strawberries, mint leaves, and sugar in a glass.
- Add lime juice to the glass.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Top with soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and slices of strawberry.
Notes
Chill the glass and ingredients beforehand for an extra refreshing touch. You can replace strawberries with raspberries or peaches for a tropical twist.
