- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup sugar-free strawberry jello
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then fold in the whipped topping. Spread over the cooled crust.
- Dissolve the sugar-free strawberry jello in hot water, stirring until fully dissolved. Let it cool.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries, then pour the mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until jello is set. Serve chilled.
Notes
Make-ahead is recommended for the best flavor, and using an air fryer is an alternative for the crust.
