- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 package of shortcake or pound cake, cut into pieces
- 1 cup vanilla pudding
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Layer the cake pieces in a trifle dish or individual cups.
- Top the cake with a layer of strawberries.
- Spoon in a creamy layer of vanilla pudding over the strawberries.
- Add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
