Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cream the softened butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the diced strawberries and white chocolate chips gently.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
