- 4 banana peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 pound ground meat (beef, turkey, or sausage)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to warm it for baking.
- Prepare the banana peppers: Cut off the tops and remove the seeds.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
- Brown the ground meat in the skillet until completely cooked.
- Combine the cooked rice and diced tomatoes with salt and pepper in the skillet.
- Stuff each pepper with the meat and rice mixture.
- Arrange the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
