Deliciously baked stuffed bell peppers filled with savory ground beef, rice, and topped with melted cheese.

- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onions and garlic until softened.
- Stir in ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as needed.
- Incorporate cooked rice and tomato sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each pepper with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each stuffed pepper.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

Feel free to customize the filling with different meats or make it vegetarian by using lentils or beans.
