Description

A delicious blend of ground beef and savory stuffing that creates a comforting and flavorful meatloaf perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: ketchup or barbecue sauce for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, Stove Top Stuffing mix, water, egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well until everything melds together.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Spread ketchup or barbecue sauce on top if desired.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F/71°C).
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
