Instructions
- Combine the chopped bell peppers with the water in a medium saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until the peppers have softened.
- Stir in the apple cider vinegar, sugar substitute, and salt, then bring to a gentle boil.
- Add the packet of pectin, stirring well to mix, and continue boiling for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars and seal tightly.
- Allow to cool before storing in the refrigerator.
