Instructions
- Prep the peppers by combining them with apple cider vinegar in a large pot.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the sweetener and salt, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle in the sugar-free pectin, mixing thoroughly.
- Increase the heat to bring the pot back to a rolling boil for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
- Seal the jars and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
