- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and brown them on all sides.
- Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set them aside.
- Whisk together the beef broth, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and flour in the same skillet until smooth. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Return the meatballs to the skillet and cover. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the meatballs and gravy to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or pasta.
