A comforting Swedish Meatball Casserole with tender meatballs, creamy gravy, and a crispy topping that evokes the essence of cozy family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  7. Return the meatballs to the skillet and cover. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  8. Transfer the meatballs and gravy to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with rice or pasta.
