Description

A creamy and rich Sweet Milk Ice Cream that captures the essence of summer with its delicious blend of dulce de leche, heavy cream, and whole milk.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dulce de leche
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Combine the dulce de leche, heavy cream, and whole milk in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk or use an electric mixer on low speed until blended smoothly.
  3. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (about 20-25 minutes).
  4. Transfer the ice cream into a freezer-safe container and cover tightly.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Notes
