Description

Juicy chicken marinated in tangy lime and taco spices, grilled to perfection for a flavorful dish that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together taco seasoning and lime juice until combined.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Add chicken breasts to the bowl, coating them well. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  3. Heat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the Chicken: Remove chicken from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until chicken reaches 165°F.
  5. Rest and Slice: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.

Notes

Marinate overnight for deeper flavor. Can substitute chicken thighs or cook using an air fryer.
