Description
Delicious Taco Stuffed Shells filled with seasoned meat, beans, and cheese, topped with salsa and sour cream.

- 12 Jumbo Pasta Shells
- 1 lb Ground Beef or Turkey
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Refried Beans
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the ground beef or turkey in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and refried beans until well combined.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the meat mixture, packing gently.
- Spread a layer of salsa in the bottom of a baking dish and place the stuffed shells in the dish.
- Top with remaining salsa and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
- Garnish with sour cream and green onions before serving.
Notes
Make-ahead: Prepare stuffed shells a day ahead and refrigerate. Bake before serving. Alternative cooking: Use an air fryer at 375°F for 15-18 minutes.
