Ingredients

- 8 large jalapeños
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cooked, chopped brisket
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Halve the jalapeños and remove the seeds.
- Mix cream cheese and chopped brisket in a bowl.
- Stuff the jalapeño halves with the cream cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
- Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For less heat, substitute jalapeños with poblano or bell peppers. Optionally, use an air fryer set to 400°F (200°C) for a healthier version.
