Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 jar marinara sauce (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if you plan to bake your meatballs or prepare your slow cooker if you prefer the slow cooking method.
- Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly but gently.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Arrange the meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. If using a slow cooker, lay the meatballs in the bottom and cover with marinara sauce. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Serve with pasta, rice, or a fresh salad.
Notes
Meatballs can be frozen and cooked straight from the freezer. For a quicker option, consider using an air fryer.
