- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 cup canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cucumber, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Za’atar pita chips for serving
- Lettuce cups or wraps for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the drained tuna and chickpeas in a large mixing bowl.
- Prepare the tzatziki dressing by whisking together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Combine the tzatziki mixture with the tuna and chickpeas, folding it in gently.
- Serve the salad immediately with crispy Za’atar pita chips or in lettuce wraps.
Notes
For make-ahead meals, prepare the salad a day in advance and keep the pita chips separate until serving for added crunch.
