- 1 small head purple cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup white BBQ sauce

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add the shredded green cabbage, purple cabbage, and grated carrot to a large mixing bowl. Toss together.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, white BBQ sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl until creamy and smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and gently toss until the veggies are well-coated.
- Let the coleslaw rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
