- 1/2 cup vinegar

Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a blender, combine the jalapeños (stems removed), lime juice, garlic, vinegar, water, salt, and optional sugar.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until your mixture is smooth and well-combined.
- Taste and Adjust: Carefully taste your sauce, and feel free to tweak the seasoning.
- Bottle Your Sauce: Pour the blended sauce into a clean bottle using a funnel.
- Let It Sit: Allow the sauce to rest for at least an hour, ideally overnight in the fridge.
