- 1 cup Powdered Sugar

- Food Coloring
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- A pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix the dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
- Cream the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate the eggs one by one, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Divide the dough into bowls and add food coloring, kneading until vibrant.
- Roll tablespoon-sized balls with different colors and squish together to form swirls.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until firm to the touch but still soft inside.
- Cool on a wire rack before enjoying!
Notes
You can prepare the dough a day in advance and refrigerate for better flavor. Use an air fryer for a chewier texture.
